Customer service is an important aspect of our business, that and the well being of the animals we keep. We are also boa and ball python breeders and keep a variety of different species and a few lizards.
We believe it helps build a trust with customers knowing that we are successful breeders and keepers and are able to provide high quality products to help them successfully breed and keep their own varieties of reptiles.
From our display cases that set Next-Level Displays off to the rack systems and enclosures that help make reptile keeping more efficient, more effective, more safe and more user friendly. We want everyone and every animal involved to have a great overall experience.

The Story Behind Us
When we started this adventure into the reptile world we never thought we would be where we are today. As we reflect back to how everything played out it still amazes us.
We started as most in the reptile hobby do, a love for dinosaurs as a kid growing up, to exploring the out doors in search of the next “cool” animal, to having them as pets as we became older and lived on our own (bless our parents for living through that time haha!) Its always been a curiosity, a love, an adventure for the scaley, creepy crawlies. Now, being older and able to share it with our spouse it has definitely expanded, to say the least.
As Jim and Anna Ward, we tied the knot in 2013, uniting our passion for reptiles, particularly boa constrictors and ball pythons. Our initial pets multiplied, leading to breeding projects and eventually our first show vending experience. Interestingly, our inaugural show wasn't about selling snakes but reptile enclosures, setting us on an unintentional path toward cage/rack building. A fortuitous encounter on Craigslist resulted in acquiring a treasure trove of enclosures, sparking our foray into the unexpected venture.
The turning point arrived when we conceptualized the ALL-IN-ONE NEXT-LEVEL DISPLAY, born out of the challenges faced during show setups. The prototype debuted in 2018 at the March NARBC in Tinley Park, IL, marking a significant milestone. The demand for our display units exceeded expectations, prompting us to expand our operations. Juggling full-time jobs and basement-based operations brought challenges, but our dedication to quality propelled us forward. The introduction of a CNC machine and an unforeseen pandemic brought both setbacks and opportunities.
Amid the uncertainties, a timely partnership with a local plastic manufacturer, who needed our CNC machine for cutting sneeze guards, proved to be our saving grace. This collaboration sustained us through challenging times and underscored the importance of taking risks in business. The growth trajectory led us to purchase our first CNC machine, a daunting decision for a fledgling business, but one that became crucial for our expansion. Aligning with engineering friends who provided available space in their business suites, our operations found a new home, conveniently located just 10 minutes from our house.
Despite the setbacks, we navigated challenges efficiently with the new CNC machine, only to face the unexpected obstacle of the pandemic. Initially contemplating closure, a sudden opportunity to cut sneeze guards for a local manufacturer provided a lifeline, allowing us to weather the storm and emerge stronger. This experience emphasized the importance of taking risks and stepping into the unknown. Initiating a new business is always challenging, but our dedication and determination fueled our journey, proving that courage indeed involves facing fears and moving forward, as John Wayne aptly stated.
Expanding our offerings beyond the All-In-One Display case, we ventured into enclosures and rack systems. Upholding the same commitment to quality and craftsmanship, our racks and enclosures reflect the meticulous attention to detail seen in our display cases. We pour our passion into every build, ensuring durability, professionalism, and aesthetic appeal. The goal is to provide products that endure the wear and tear of diverse reptiles and the handling by reptile enthusiasts.
